Services for local authority clients
The key members of the former Fordham Research team, working as Richard Fordham and Company, are available to do the following:
Updating databases (SHMA or HNS)
Fordham Research carried out research projects for over half the councils in Britain during its quarter century existence. Quite a lot of those projects involved creating databases for further research. In many cases these are still updateable.
If your local authority has such a database and you would like to consider updating it please email us at richard@richardfordhamandcompany.com.
We also have extensive experience of updating other consultants' databases, and can do this to a high standard.

LDF Affordable Targets: Dynamic Viability analysis
Richard Fordham pioneered the use of economic viability analysis in the 1980's and in recent years invented Dynamic Viability. This is a technique for ensuring that the LDF affordable housing target is maintained as an up to date target. It is the only safe method of providing a reliable LDF Affordable Housing Target.
This remains a key feature of our work. Fordham Research carried several dozen studies using Dynamic Viability. We can extend existing viability analyses or carry out new ones.
